Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions govern every order placed on arca-os.app by a consumer. Placing an order means accepting them in full.
1. Seller
Products are sold by CONSTANT, 380 Avenue Jean Perrin, 13290 Aix-en-Provence, France, registration 10758660400012, email arcasystem.ai@gmail.com.
2. Products
ARCA sells downloadable digital products and a monthly membership giving access to new resources:
- Complete Guide: an 8-chapter digital guide, lifetime access.
- Full Access: the guide, 30 hooks, 5 video scripts and the Canva templates.
- Complete Pack: every current resource, lifetime access, including 30 days of membership.
- ARCA Membership: renewable monthly access to the members area and the new resources published each month.
All ARCA resources are available in 5 languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
Products require an internet connection and a device able to open PDF, HTML and ZIP files. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (French VAT of 20% included). Your local currency may be applied automatically at checkout (Stripe Adaptive Pricing); the final amount is shown before you confirm. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you order.
4. Order and payment
An order is confirmed once these terms are accepted and payment is made online through Stripe. ARCA never stores card details: payment is handled entirely by Stripe Payments Europe. A confirmation email is sent once payment succeeds.
5. Digital delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital: an email containing a private, secure download link valid for 24 hours is sent to the address used at checkout, usually within seconds. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder then write to arcasystem.ai@gmail.com and we will issue a new link.
6. Right of withdrawal and its exception
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. However, article L221-28 13° excludes digital content supplied without a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
That is why a mandatory, non pre-ticked checkbox appears before every purchase. By ticking it you request immediate access to your content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Until it is ticked, checkout stays disabled. 7. Membership
The ARCA membership is monthly, commitment-free, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the management link sent by email or by writing to arcasystem.ai@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund. Resources already downloaded remain yours.
8. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L217-3 ff. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 ff. of the Civil Code). If content does not conform, we fix it or refund it.
9. Complaints and mediation
Complaints should be sent to arcasystem.ai@gmail.com; we reply within 14 days. A complaint may also be filed on the European online dispute resolution platform.
10. Personal data
Data processing is described in our Privacy policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts; consumers may choose the court of their residence at the time the contract was concluded or the court of the place of damage.
